Group leader, Neuromuscular repair Unit
Stefano C. Previtali is group leader of the Neuromuscular repair research unit and leads the clinical neuromuscular activity at the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele. He is the PI of several phase I, II and III clinical trials for neuromuscular disorders in adult and pediatric patients. He is also member of several scientific societies such as the Peripheral Nerve Society (as member of board of Directors), World Muscle Society, Italian Peripheral Nerve Society (as Treasurer), Italian Myology Society. He is also board member of the European Reference Network for neuromuscular disorders EURO-NMD, and collaborates with many Patients Associations, Charities and Companies. Stefano Previtali is also non-tenured Professor for neuromuscular disorders at the San Raffaele Vita-Salute University.
