Pietro Vismara, Service designer is a researcher at e-services for life and health unit, in FCSR. He has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture (Politecnico di Milano - Italy) and a master in Service Design (POLI.design - Italy). He is contributing with his expertise to the understanding and formulation of e-Services, exploiting pertecipative methods and visualization tools from the design field.
