Vito Bilello is a bioinformatician who works for Paolo Dellabona's lab at the Experimental Immunology Unit and the immunogenomics research area at the Center for Omics Sciences at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital, Milan.
His research interests focus on the analysis of NGS data such as RNA-seq, WES, ATAC-seq, for the study of human cancers and the understanding of the epigenomic mechanisms of hematopoietic cell development.
He holds a Master's degree in Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, from the University of Pavia, discussing the thesis: "Development of a bioinformatics pipeline for the study of the potential gene regulation in humans by plant miRNAs", and a Master's in Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics from the University of Milan and INGM.
