Postdoctoral positions open in Cardaci's Lab
The projects aim at generating mechanistic understanding of the metabolic reprogramming of cancer microenvironment and identifying metabolic vulnerabilities in solid tumours. Research activity will be based at the Division of Genetics and Cell Biology within the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele, a forefront biomedical research campus in Italy. You will benefit from a dynamic and collaborative research environment, access to state of-the-art research facilities and a competitive salary, commensurate to qualifications and experience (initial 1 year fixed term contract, with possibility of extension up to 3 years).
The positions require knowledge of cell and molecular biology techniques as well as hands-on experience with multicolour flow-cytometry. The ideal candidates will have successfully completed their PhD in any field relevant to cancer biology. Importantly, they are expected to be self-motivated research scientists driven by scientific curiosity and proactive in developing personal line of research on the topic of the group.
