Yuxin Zhou, Service Designer, received the bachelor’s degree in engineering of industrial design (Chongqing University) and the master’s degree of product service system design (Politecnico di Milano). With a focus on design research, UX design, and service design, she has crafted user-centric experiences that bridge the gap between technology and user needs.

She joined the team in November 2023, and is currently contributing to the cross-disciplinary projects utilizing various research and design tools.
