The Preclinical Imaging Facility offers assistance to researchers needing to characterize organs, tissues, or cells in animal models or to perform longitudinal imaging studies. CFCM staff generates knock-out, knock-in and conditional mutant mice via both conventional and CRISPR-Cas9 technology, performs embryo rederivations, sperm and embryo cryopreservations and isolation of Embryonic Stem cells from murine lines.
