Antonio Conti is a biochemist. After graduation, he worked first in Genoa in the University Biochemistry Institute and the Gaslini Pediatric Hospital. Then, he moved to F.D.A. at NIH, Bethesda, USA where he worked in the field of T cell immunology. After these experiences in the US, he came back to San Raffaele Hospital, where he worked first in the calcium channels field and later in the proteome biochemistry laboratory on neurodegenerative diseases, allergology, and on the rare disease aceruloplasminemia.
