The IN Cell Analyzer 1000 is an automated epifluorescence based microscope system for flexible assay development and cellular analysis using a range of dedicated analysis modules.

It is a modular platform that can be used in screening, lead profiling, target validation and assay development. The unit is a bench top instrument based on a microscope with: motorized stage, high resolution CCD camera, fast laser-based confocal auto focus, optical Z sectioning with Opti-Grid (structured illumination system to eliminate all out-of-focus signals), environmental control module and liquid handling.

The system is equipped with IN Cell Investigator Software for automated analysis of cellular images. Wide range of quantitative measures: allows cell, nuclear, and vesicle counting; intensity and ratio measurements; and morphometric measures. Wide range of assays and applications: preconfigured analysis modules validated for mo re than 50 assays and applications.

Flexible protocol editor: Develop protocols for unique assays without specialist scripting knowledge.

Fast decisions from complex multiparametric data: Spotfire DecisionSite graphing and filtering tools provide a faster route to insight.

The IN Cell Analysis software can also accept and analyze images recorded by others instrumentation (.tiff format).
