The IncuCyte® S3 Live-Cell Analysis System (from Essen BioScience, now part of Sartorius) is an instrument for real-time automated acquisitions and measurements for live cells experiments.
The IncuCyte® system, together with its dedicated suite of assays, automatically collects images, in phase-contrast and fluorescent modes, and analyzes data in real-time while cells remain undisturbed inside a cell incubator. IncuCyte® can acquire and analyze images from multiple supports (petri dishes, multiwells and flasks) in parallel (up to 6 indipendent positions at a time). Users can schedule experiments at different image acquisition frequencies and magnifications in parallel
The IncuCyte® software allows remote control, networked access with unlimited, free licenses, and analyzes your data in real-time giving you also the opportunity to make data drive decisions while experiments are in progress. It also provides to efficient and reproducible image analysis and powerful visualization of images and timecourses.
