Description

Zeiss Lightsheet Z.1 is a SPIM (Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy) system with a specific illumination strategie that optimize the photon collecting efficiency decoupling illumination and detection optical pathways. Lightsheet can combine very fast aquisitions with optical sectioning with multiple-view imaging to observe tissues and fixed or living organisms. Light sheet microscopy is ideal for examining of both large (organs or small animals) and small (cells) specimens labeled with fluorescent proteins and other fluorophores.
