Currently manages a team of 5, providing high quality cell sorting and analysis services for various research projects. Chiara manages the operation and upkeep of the analyzers and cell sorter equipment. She also provides training, advice and guidance to researchers in the theory and practice of flow cytometry. Additionally, she performs a major role as Quality Assurance Representative for this ISO 9001:2015 Certified laboratory. Combined with her extensive experience in a multi-user flow cytometry core service setting, her leadership qualities provide for the smooth operation of a multi-dimensional core facility within an academic research setting.
