After graduating in Economics at the University of Cagliari and a period of work in UK, Renata attended a Master in Organizational Science at Associazione per l’Istituzione della Libera Università Nuorese (Italy), under the scientific direction of Professor Giulio Bolacchi. Through an interdisciplinary teaching methodology,Renata deepened her knowledge of the Organization from a sociological, psychological, communicative and economic/financial points of view and she experienced the dynamics of teamwork. Renata started her work experience at the Center for Advanced Studies, Research and Development in Sardinia,where she coordinated the Management Control Office.This transversal role allowed her to interact with both the scientific and the administrative/support areas of the Center. She participatedin projects funded by the European Communitythat enabled her to come into contact with other Research Centers, leading to short periods of collaboration in Ireland and the Canary Islands. At the beginning of the 2000s, a few months after the Company's listing on the stock exchange,Renata moved to Tiscali Italia where she carried out Reporting and Management Control activities for various Business Units (both B2C and B2B) until she became responsible for the Planning and Control Area in 2010. During these years Renata deepened her interest in organizational issues through training courses at the Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione and the CentroPsico-pedagogico per l’educazione e la gestione dei conflitti. In 2014, Renata moved t oFondazione Telethon in Milan to lead the Administration, Organization and Control Area of SR-Tiget.
