Bioinformatician or computational scientist at the Center for Omics Sciences
IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a bioinformatician/computational for studying epigenetic regulation in physiology and pathological conditions to join the team led by Alessandro Sessa within the unit directed by Vania Broccoli and the Center for Omics Sciences (COSR).
Main activities:
Analysis and meaningful comparison of NGS-derived datasets (RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq) and single-cell experiments.
Who we are looking for:
- highly-motivated scientist to join our scientific community;
- Successful applicants should hold a master or a PhD degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Bioinformatics;
- A pro-active attitude to work in team;
- Experiences in neuroscience or cancer field is a plus.
